The “Picpoul” gîte, with a chocolate / red design decoration, is a single-storey villa for 4/5 people with a private enclosed garden, view of the garden and the vines, terrace, arbor and plancha to taste delicious grills. Air conditioning in the living room. 1 separate WC. The designer bathroom is fitted with a shower with large shower head and hand shower, a washbasin, a magnifying mirror and a second toilet. This cottage has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, wardrobes, shutters. The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a wardrobe and shutters. Each room has its fan. The kitchen is equipped: dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine.

The Picpoul cottage is located 18 km from the center of Montpellier, 50 km from Nîmes, 10 km from the medieval town of Sommières (with its renowned market where you can taste oysters and white wine in the shade of the plane trees). The swimming pool is at the foot of the castle of Montlaur, you can take advantage of the garden beds (1 per person) and relax by listening to the song of the cicadas and enjoying the view of this castle and the vineyards that surround us.

Wine lovers can visit the cellars and taste the wines of the Pic St Loup region. Many walks await you: picnic at the river, swimming and waterfall jumps. Climbing, paragliding, horse riding, cycling, tennis will appeal to the most athletic. The road of the glassmakers will make you discover the artisanal art. Golf and thalassotherapy will seduce amateurs. The votive festivals in the surrounding villages will show you the regional traditions and their folklore. The equipments
To relieve everyday life and make the most of your vacation, we offer a cleaning and linen rental package. You have air conditioning, a flat screen TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine with iron and ironing board, an oven, a microwave, a hob vitro-ceramic, fridge with freezer. In your garden, all the comfort awaits you too with Arbor, garden furniture, garden beds. A plancha will allow you to taste delicious grills under the arbor of your terrace. A parking space is reserved for you.

The rooms
The master bedroom in gray / ecru tones has a 160 cm bed to comfortably accommodate your nights. The next bedroom with Mediterranean decoration has 1 large double bed of 140 cm and 1 bed of 90. Babies will be welcomed with pleasure and we can provide you with folding bed, high chair, baby bath so as not to clutter your trunk. (Graciously but upon reservation subject to availability, therefore to be specified when booking).

Bathroom
A spacious and designer bathroom, with refined decoration, in anthracite and stone tones, will seduce you with its large Italian shower paved with pebbles. A very pleasant relaxation and treatment area with window. 2 toilets, one separate and the other in the bathroom.
